A PAIR OF chain saw-like guitars attack the listener in perfect harmony at the start of " Hunt ," the opening track of Division's " Control Issues ." It provides an appropriately vicious backdrop for vocalist Nick Kelly , who sounds much like a Broadway villain in this dark tale about a murderer posing as a vampire.
